About Generous Leadership

Africa is a continent of vibrant communities, diverse cultures and remarkable people. Across cities, towns and rural communities, ground-level leaders are making a difference every day — in business, education, churches, communities, government, non-profits and many other spheres of society.

Yet our experience of working alongside leaders across Africa has highlighted a significant gap. Quality leadership development resources can be difficult to access. They are often expensive, designed for different contexts, or delivered primarily through classroom training without the ongoing coaching, mentoring and relational support that leaders need to grow.

We believe leadership development can be different. It can be accessible, practical, contextual, relational and transformational.

That is why Generous Leadership exists.

A Growth Habitat for Leaders

Generous Leadership is a coaching and learning growth habitat for leaders in Africa and beyond, helping leaders accelerate in their well-being, potential and performance.

We don’t simply want to deliver leadership information.

We want to share practical lessons, knowledge gained, and practical experiences learned over years of leadership in different settings, teams and positions.

We want to create a habitat where leaders can be refreshed, restored and refocused.

A place where leaders can pause, reflect, discover, learn, experiment, connect and grow.
A place where they can become more integrated leaders — and where their growth creates space for others to grow too.
